* 4 tablespoons Mazola® Right Blend or Corn Oil
* 1 lb beef, turkey or chicken breast cutlets
* 2 cups bread crumbs
1. Remove any excess fat or connective tissue from meat; flatten very thin with a meat pounder.
2. Add oil in frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Dredge meat cutlets well in bread crumbs and fry until browned; 2-4 minutes per side. Serve warm.
